Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here.
LORI, aka YarnBeans, is a knitter, mother, and lover of fine wine. When she's not rip-roaring drunk with sharp, pointy objects in hand, she's putting together podcasts about wine for the grape-n00bs, and making scents and soaps at Atomic Scent Company, Inc. She's awesome.
(Brick House 2008 Boulder Block Pinot Noir, Oregon) ($43.94)
(Wow! That's the first word that comes to mind! I close my eyes and experience spicy bing cherry topped with that classic Pinot dustiness/earthiness that Pinot lovers crave. Silky, elegant, luscious...the finish is looooong with just the right balance and acidity. This Pinot is made from Pommard grapes which explains my undying love. I'm a Pommard freak! This might just be an impossible wine to find but it's worth the trek to every wine shop you can get to! )
